Background information

Apps are becoming homogenize nowadays, and the importance of “narrow user experience” is decreasing rapidly. Designers in our industries are facing the bottleneck in their career path. How can a designer extend the boundaries of his skill and work scope, to become a strategic talent with multi-capability? 


In this workshop, we would like to share the stories during our automobile new retail project: how we leveraged the systematized growth model and methodology to empower our business, as well as redefining designer’s value. Moreover, how we brought the light of creativity to the project, while the team was dazed for a direction.
